SPRING AHEAD
Sometimes when we talk about beauty rituals, things can get complex. But everyday we perform the simplest and most universal ritual of all—cleansing. The very basic act of washing your face can be so beautiful when approached with intention and care, which is why spring is one of my favorite times of year. The practice of letting go of the old in order to make room for the new is as ancient as it gets, and this season beckons to that act of clearing space and hoping for what comes.
For some, letting go of sugar or processed foods makes space for more ease. For others letting go of a device for part of the day makes room for more fulfilling connections. And for me the drive to get back to basics, clearing and cleaning—my inbox, my old habits, my complexion—are all interwoven so beautifully.
When you wash with Cleansing Milk or Purifying Cleansing Gel this month, why not pause a moment, take a delicious inbreath and acknowledge what you're ready to let go of this season. Spring forward!
