TAMMY WRITESPsychodermatology sounds like something new, but from my perspective it’s another way to describe ancient holistic practices that support a healthy connection between the mind, emotions and the skin. I love that conventional medicine is catching up with the ways of traditional care!

Over the past many years, I’ve seen how much our efforts to reduce stress can bring about tremendous results for the complexion and for our overall wellbeing. There are so many subtle lifestyle changes that help us come into the kind of inner peace that is evident in beautiful glowing skin—spending more time in the garden and less on the screen, eating raw, organic fruits and vegetables and sitting quiet contemplation and laughing with the people we love most.
