LIGHT WITHIN
As the days grow shorter and darker, we find the light inside. It’s a time of rooting, of nourishing ourselves deeply—and when we do this, we shine.
What helps you feel grounded in this gateway time? What will help you come into a place of stillness where you can bring luminous restoration to your true glow? For me being in nature helps me reground, whether going on a walk by the sea or spending an hour in the garden. But the smaller moments between the moments can do that, too—taking a breath and noticing the sunset, or bringing a sense of ritual to your end-of-day. Candlelight brings me this sense of sanctity always, but so does using Bulgarian Lavender Body Oil before bedtime to soothe my mind and body before bedtime. (I especially love to massage the decollete to keep the scent of lavender with me as I drift into sleep.)
