ILLUMINATING INTENTIONS
Anything you do with intention is infused with a little magic, whether that’s preparing a family meal or bringing a fresh focus to your skin care routine. With the start of the new year, it’s a great time to re-commit to healthy habits and to explore new ways to bring more vitality into your days.
Always remember to commit to whatever you can manage without creating stress. So, if you’d love to add facial massage into your self-care, then decide how many times a week you could do so without feeling strained. Working with intention in that gentle way, massage feels just delightful and you benefit fully. It can also be beneficial to rely on your calendar for support. Though we usually pack all life’s must-do’s into the schedule, it’s equally important to block out downtime, quiet time, the time for a deep soak with your favorite Bath Milk and a thick application of lavish Restorative Radiance Masque. How pleasure-filled are the days when I look at my planner and see that I’ve followed through with an intention for self-care.
