FULL SUMMER

There are three things that I love—being with my family, connecting with nature and the adventure of discovery. I’m thankful that in the summertime these elements can all come together with some special family trips to intriguing new places.

Wherever I go, I love to experience the local ecosphere, eating local fruits and vegetables, walking in nature, and—whenever possible—kicking off my shoes to feel the earth under my feet. Absorbing that pure loving energy through your soles is an incredible source of restoration.
