I can’t wait to delve into a new cooking course on Thai cuisine. And really any type of
eco-therapy feels so good right now, finding the perfect way to connect with earth’s elements hands-on, whether by chopping vegetables or throwing clay in a pottery class. 

During the fall months, I always suggest a gentle detoxification for the skin, and this year I’m excited to try a new cleanse to support the lungs and lymphatic system (more on that soon). Along those lines, this is a great time to simply get out and walk more—which benefits the detoxification process and the lymph system by keeping everything in movement.
