CELEBRATING LOVE
How are you? How is your heart? When I check in with my clients, that’s what I’m really asking—how does your experience of this moment reveal itself through the love, light and connectedness you feel at your center. There are plenty of factors that can pull us away from that sense of inner alignment, but working with pure essence of Rose can help reestablish a sense of warmth, care and self-love like almost nothing else. Since ancient times we’ve relied on Rose to help us reconnect to what matters most—family, friends, loved ones, and also to our deepest selves. Just the scent of Rose can help soothe a frayed system, drawing the body into a sense of nurtured calm. And treating myself to Très Rose Bath Gel and Body Oil, which we’ve relaunched in time for Valentine’s Day, is one of my favorite holiday rituals. I love to sink into a deep bath surrounded by the glorious scent of roses, and to give myself a massage, anointing my skin with this richly aromatic oil.
