Appreciating Beauty

Dear Friends,

Walking through this beautiful world I’ve often felt that appreciation is such a fantastic tool for breaking down our barriers and creating a nurturing and holistic life experience. Through the simple act of appreciating all the beauty that surrounds us we can draw it in deep, where it becomes part of us. Voltaire said it so well: “Appreciation is a wonderful thing; It makes what is excellent in others belong to us as well.”

This month at Tammy Fender, we’re taking the time to appreciate everything that makes our own lives wonderful. For me that means appreciating the stunning power of the natural ingredients we use to create our formulas, the plants and flowers, which I’m lucky enough to work with every day. But it also means appreciating the friends and family who surround our team, filling our lives with love, and making our work fulfilling and fun. Isn’t that what it’s all about, after all? As I’ve often said, the true beauty experts are the people who make us laugh, because there is no better beautifier than laughter.

In appreciating you, our friends and family, we can see just how beautiful you are and can also feel how profoundly you are a part of us. Thank you for being so very excellent, as Voltaire might say. It brings immeasurable goodness to all our lives.
